
We made this fast carnivore pizza a day we had left-over duck.
Actually, I planned to make carnivore flat bread when my son suggested it turned it into a pizza instead. Who doesn’t love pizza? So, that’s what I did.
I made a double portion of the flat bread batter. Baked it first while I prepared the left-overs for the topping. We also had half a goat cheese so I sliced it too.
Once the dough had baked, I added the topping and gave it an extra ten minutes in the oven. Keep an eye on it. The cheddar I used for this one melted completely. And it’s suspiciously yellow.
(Oops to the red stuff on the pizza. My son was alone in the kitchen for a few minutes…)

We’re having it tomorrow. We couldn’t get 12% fat Cottage this time, though, so it will be 9%. It’s always difficult to get the good ones here.
